While at Lower Dover, Visa credit cards accepted for all non-reservation items and services. On site Visa charges will be in Belize Dollars. Add a 4% credit card handling fee. Note: ATM Cash stations are located in nearby Belmopan and San Ignacio.

RESERVATION & CHECK OUT CASH POLICY
100% lodging prepayment via PayPal is required to secure a reservation. Prepayment of meals is optional. 24 hour advance notice of add on meals requested.
For items and services not already prepaid at check out, cash (USD or BZD) is preferred, VISA credit card (in BZD) accepted. ATM cash machines are located in nearby San Ignacio and Belmopan.

CANCELLATIONS
Receipt of a written cancellation 61 days or more prior to arrival is required for a full refund less $30US handling fee. With 30-60 days notice 50% of deposit is refunded less $30US handling fee. Less than 30 days notice receives lodging credit only, valid for 1 year from written cancellation date. You may wish to consider purchasing traveler’s insurance. We are not responsible for weather conditions, transportation irregularities or other factors beyond our control.
