Breakfast: 6USD/12BZE served at 7:30AM
Dinner: 13USD/25BZD service at 6PM
DIY: Open Kitchen Cookhouse: Our kitchen is open to all from 18:30 (after our regular dinner service). Refrigeration is shared in the bar in the office. Please do not store any food in the cookhouse refrig as it will become fair game for staff lunches.
Meal reservations are required 12 hours in advance. Eating dinner with us? Tell us at breakfast….. Eating breakfast with us? Tell us at dinner. Most guests dine with us on their arrival night so please make your reservation in advance via email. Any food restrictions? We are happy to serve you vegetarian and vegan dishes, but please let us know in advance.
Here at Lower Dover, we are very proud of our home-cooked family style meals. We serve healthy home made food your mother would want you to eat. Lots of tropical fruit and local veggies plus free range meats and Belizean shrimp. In the spring and summer, eat mangos, avocados and cashews from our orchard. In the fall and winter drink fresh citrus juice and cut your own lettuce from our organic garden. The real treat is the year round supply of our organic hibiscus red wine; grown, fermented and bottled at Lower Dover. Doesn’t get any more local than that!.
